Staying at the maldron was a delight! The beautiful double room was cozy and clean, with vibrant orange accents. Breakfast was fantastic, especially the warm atmosphere provided by the staff. Caroline were great, even helping us haul cabs when we were in a rush. The hotel is nicely located, nice for serene views of the bay.

Good location. Park the car and get DART into city.
I booked on line and typed my details but address they had inputed for me was riddled with mistakes (not the first time this has happened). I asked for a quiet room so not at the front of the hotel but the first room allocated to me was at the front of the hotel! The receptionist was not happy when I pointed this out. There is no facility on line to book one breakfast for a double room so I went elsewhere for breakfast.

Just that it was quiet enough
Well the building is in need of maintenance, I had to change room as our was a bit dirty and anyway building lack maintenance. Carpets has stains, windows framce have cracks, silicion around the bath was falling a part and in the toilet there was even a missing tile!!!! i will never go back again for sure. at breakfast tyhe girl cleaning the tables was spraying all over the sugar and milk, instead of removing these from table before spraying!!

Very friendly and efficent staff who were very helpful and polite. I stayed for the one night, as I had a Hospital appointment close to Tara Towers. I was delighted with my pleasent stay at this Hotel, as it made things a lot easier for getting to the Hospital. I must say it was quiet and restful, which I appreciated. I would certainly stay here again, and would strongly advise people from the country like myself to stay here. There is a great bus service from just outside the Hotel, which is a bonus instead of paying for a taxi service. This Hotel has a lot going for it , and I am so glad I discovered Tara Towers.

The hotel is homey, beds are exceptionally comfortable, bathroom is spotless. I liked courteous personnel that ensures guests have an excellent stay. Glad I took triple room, it was light and airy. You will find a kettle, air conditioning and an iron/ironing board.

Got the same triple room booked online with fresh towels, a bath plus a complete clean. The offered breakfast was good for properly cooked sausages. Its location approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Sandymount Beach was marvellous...

Only advantage to this hotel was its proximity to the Blackrock Clinic where we had an early appointment
It was an overnight stay we never want to experience ever again. The Hotel is badly in need of updating, was so shabby and we got no sleep as the windows and door kept banging all night with the wind. When I tried to pull the curtains together I found the blackout linings were in shreds. We needed extra bedclothes as it was so cold but could not contact anyone as our phone did not work. Our so called alarm call was someone knocking on our door 20 mins.later than requested for our appointment

The place deserved 4 stars. The location was pleasant, at a walking distance from Church of the Assumption. You could walk to shopping centres and supermarkets. Truly enjoyed the restaurant for evening meals.
